Discover the wonders of Kenya on this exciting 5-day Maasai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha budget safari. Begin with thrilling game drives in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, where you can witness the Big Five and the Great Migration’s dramatic river crossings (seasonal).

Journey to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its flamingo-covered shores and rhinos, then relax at Lake Naivasha with a boat ride and a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park. Budget-friendly accommodation, all park fees and expert guiding in a comfortable pop-up roof van are included for an unforgettable adventure.

Detailed Itinerary

You will depart from Nairobi and head west for Maasai Mara enjoying the scenic view of the Great Rift Valley escarpments and have the first stop over at a place called view point to give you the chance to appreciate the view of the great rift valley. The second stop over will be at Narok to have your hot lunch before getting to the camp/park. The journey will enable you view different landscapes right from Nairobi all the way to Mara. After checking in and refreshment, have an evening game drive to spot a few startling wildlife then dinner and accommodation at our fully furnished camp with hot showers, and buffet self-serviced meal plans. Meals are served according to your preferences.

Have breakfast and set off for a full day Game Drive and enjoy the beautiful Mara savannah grassland landscape on rolling hills and its ‘residents’. It is best known for wildebeest migration which is seasonal between the months of July, August and September. If lucky enough you will view the Big 5 (GRAND CINQ) in complete but you won’t miss one or two of the big five if not all. It is home to a variety of birds species which is a magnificent site. Have a picnic lunch then carry on with exploring till late evening. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Have breakfast and proceed to the maasai village to have a glance of the Maasai culture and engage in various activities then leave for Nakuru with a lunch in Mai Mahiu. Enjoy the beautiful sight of Mount Longonot on your way to Nakuru and the sight of the beautiful Lake Naivasha from afar. You could engage in an optional fun activity of boat riding at the lake Naivasha. Then proceed to Nakuru. Dinner and overnight at the budget hotel.

Have a morning Game Drive in Lake Nakuru National Park that is famously known for flamingoes and also a rhino sanctuary for both the white endangered rhino and the black rhino. Enjoy the splendid site of the water body animals like the buffaloes, crocodiles and the hippos too and how they live together. You will view this from a view point of the baboon cliff and interact with the baboons too. Have picnic lunch then later in the day travel to Naivasha. Have dinner and spend the night in Naivasha.

Have your breakfast then get to Hells Gate and get started with the fun activities of walking and climbing through the Gorges as you have nature walks appreciating what gifts nature has to give then do bike riding which is an optional fun activity. Enjoy the vegetation around the park. Later in the day return to Nairobi. Lunch enroute. We drop you to your hotel or airport, as requested according to your preference.
